This sculpture is based on Ennis Friary, Co. Clare. Edition 5 has just returned to me from a gallery, so has suddenly become available.
Ennis Friary is a wonderful place, filled with history and beautiful stone carving. This is a small piece based on one of the gothic windows in the South transept.
This piece was sculpted in wax, then moulded, cast and finally painted to capture the life I see in the stone.
The photos are based on edition 2/20, I will be updating the photos shortly!

The frame is 28cm x 28cm x 5cm (11” x 11” x 2”).
This sculpture of Ennis Friary is limited to only 20 editions, all made by me in my studio in the West of Ireland. Each piece is cast and painted individually so the colours and finish of each piece will vary.
Shipping within Ireland costs €8 with An Post, parcels are tracked and delivery is usually within 2-3 working days. (Christmas shipping schedules may have longer delivery periods.)
Shipping outside Ireland costs €40 using the postal service, parcels are tracked. Delivery to the USA takes 3-4 weeks on average. Please note that all shipments going outside the EU may be liable for import duties.
