Limited edition sculpture based on the cloister at Cong Abbey, Co. Mayo.
I sculpt each piece by hand in wax or clay, then mould, cast and finally paint the finished piece to capture the life I see in the stone. The thin and fragile edges, the cracks and the weathered stone are all part of the tapestry of Ireland’s beautiful landscape, history and traditions.
When I paint I am influenced by my mood, the light and the weather outside. Some are sunny and bright and some are stormy and dark.

The frame is 28cm x 28cm x 5cm (11” x 11” x 2”).
This sculpture of Cong Abbey is a limited edition of 40, all made in my studio in the West of Ireland. Please note that as each piece is handmade, slight variations from the images will occur. The photos are of Edition 1 of 40.
Shipping within Ireland costs €8, parcels are tracked and delivery is usually within 2-3 working days. (Christmas shipping schedules may have longer delivery periods.)
Shipping outside Ireland costs €40 and parcels are tracked. Delivery to the USA takes 3-4 weeks on average. Please note that all shipments going outside the EU may be liable for import duties.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
